How ordering works

From first message to invoice

Nothing is bought on this website. Every service starts with a message and ends with an invoice you pay by bank transfer, with each step confirmed in writing.

  1. Send an enquiry

    Use the contact form to describe what you would like help with and which device you use. A few lines about your current comfort level are plenty.

  2. Talk it through

    We reply by email to clarify your goals and suggest a sensible number of sessions. You can ask questions or change your mind at this stage.

  3. Receive written confirmation

    We send you the agreed scope, the price in Canadian dollars and the proposed dates, so you see everything before committing to anything.

  4. Pay the invoice

    An invoice follows the confirmation. You pay by bank transfer, and sessions are booked once the payment has arrived.

  5. Cancellations and refunds

    If plans change, tell us as early as you can. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy, which sets out exactly what applies.
