Preparing your first message

Our office is at 412 Victoria Street in Kamloops. Please contact us before planning any visit so we can talk through what you need and arrange a suitable way to help.

  1. Your goals

Think about the two or three everyday tasks you most want to feel comfortable with, so we can point you to the right course.

  2. Your device

Note what computer, tablet or phone you use and roughly how old it is, since this affects which lessons suit you best.

  3. Your preferred way to talk

Let us know whether email, a phone call at (250) 261-8333 or a video call suits you best, and any support you would find helpful.
